Since 2011, he has explored more than 700 cases involving over a quarter-million jurors, partnering with leading trial lawyers across the United States to translate data into courtroom results.

As the former director of the Civil Justice Institute at the University of Denver College of Law, John led some of the largest academic jury-research projects ever undertaken. His mission is to close the gap between cutting-edge research and everyday trial practice.
